🎤 Question: “I keep telling myself I’ll go to the gym, but I never do. I feel awful about my body, and I hate that I can’t stay consistent. How do I stop failing at this?”
🎧 Answer (Example Response):
"First off, you’re not failing. You need to change the goal/achievement to something like, "I want spend 5 minutes at the gym today". You don’t have to do it every day, in fact don't try to do. that. You don't need to do an entire workout—just show up. The reason? Right now, the hardest part isn’t the exercise, it’s the habit. Once you build the habit of showing up, the workouts will follow. Also, if your motivation is tied to disliking your body, that’s going to make it feel like punishment. Learning to love your body as it is, will allow you to change your perspective and therefore resistance to going to the gym. Go to the gym for 5 minutes, love your body as it is (it supports you every day!) and focus on something positive—maybe how strong you feel afterward or how good your mood is when you move your body. Let’s make this easier, not harder. Sound good?"

Each question is limited to 3 minutes, this helps with clarity and focus!
